Its core is made of 38mm medium hardness Eva Hypersoft and is laminated with 3 layers of plain fiberglass fabric, impregnated in Varlion's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin for maximum elasticity and strength and covered with a layer of titanium dioxide Designed with Hexagon frame to make it stronger and stiffer. Lethal Weapon and Hexagon frame are trademarks and utility models registered with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, and therefore exclusively owned and used by Varlion.
